QuickBooks Online (QBO) clients need to click the ?Help button in the upper right of their screen when they need help with the software. Fill out the form with your issue and state that you want to speak with a customer service representative. You will be asked how you want to communicate: chat, wait for call, call Intuit. Unless you can wait around by your phone indefinitely, chat or you calling QBO are recommended.
You will be given a case number that you should have ready to give the representative (rep) once you connect with QBO. Once you explain your issue or question with the software, then the rep can look at your QBO desktop remotely by you logging into a software called Glance. This software will give yoou a number to give to the rep so that the rep can see what you see on your desktop.
If you utilize a professional advisor accountant in your business, then your accountant can assist you with speaking with Intuit if you require assistance. Your accountant may charge you additional fees for the consultations since software issues are not accounting issues.
Accountants billing for consulting beyond monthly coding, financials, compliance, and client check-up meetings, will follow the the policies and procedures of their companies.
Intuit and its representatives bill for their software products, technical help, and internet technology (IT) issues related to their clients.
Your subscripted QBO product and plan may include a limited amount of consulting included with it. Otherwise, you may need to pay by the minute or by the question, if consulting was not contracted for with your particular plan.
A QBO representative or a pro advisor accountant can help you select a QBO product/plan that includes an appropriate amount of conculting each month.
